If Point of Care amends the Online Terms of Use, we will notify users by posting the amended version with an updated effective date on this Point of Care Website. By accessing or using the Point of Care Website, you agree to be bound by the then current version of the Online Terms of Use. If you disagree with these Online Terms of Use, or are dissatisfied with the Point of Care Website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Point of Care Website.
